A few days back a white American walked into the office. He was a former Army veteran and I had hired him to do some graphics work and I had found him on Craigslist. He had some obvious skills, but nothing that was focused and enough to get a career.
I live for moments like this, where I can see the potential and know that I can turn his life around and get him back on track to a great career.
He did not have money to pay for the training, but I have taken him into the training, because he obviously needed help, I knew I could help and it would be a crime on my part not to help him.
All right Jay, work hard for 3 months and your life should be on track again.
